Lake Kowell
Lake is a dynamic team leader who has partnered with her brother, Marshall Dohoney, to deliver a construction company unparalleled in management, attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Growing up in a family of construction professionals has given Lake a natural inclination towards the trade. Over her years as a business owner, she has carefully honed team building and management skills — as well as marketing expertise. She enjoys a challenge and is grateful for the confidence clients have in her abilities.
Marshall Dohoney
Marshall is a second-generation general contractor/construction manager who grew up working for his family’s construction business. He has had the opportunity to learn numerous trades throughout the years, which has given him a well-rounded approach to the projects he manages.
25-years of hands-on construction experience combined with the technical and legal aspects of construction has given Marshall a true depth of knowledge. These real-world skills allow him to provide exceptional construction management services with the ability to represent his client’s interests on a wide variety of construction projects.
